A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, RELEASING THE PERFOrmaNCE BOND FOR
BOYNTON LAKES, PLAT NO. 1
WHEREAS, a request has been received to release the
performance bond for Boynton Lakes, Plat No. 1 in the amount of
$45,000.00, and,
WHEREAS, the required improvements have been made and a
certification letter from the Design Engineer and a guarantee
letter from the Developer have been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
The surety bond in the amount of $45,000.00 is hereby
released and the improvements accepted.
