A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR BOYNTON
BEACH DISTRIBUTION CENTER, PLAT NO. 2, BEING A
REPLAT OF A PORTION OF BOYNTON BEACH DISTRIBUTION
CENTER IN SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE
43 EAST
WHEREAS, the lot lines of a portion of Boynton Beach
Distribution Center have been changed, and,
WHEREAS, the replat does not involve additional
improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the plat is hereby resolved to have
received final plat approval by the City Council in the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, with all conditions previously agreed
upon and subject subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.
