A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, RELEASING THE PERFORM-
ANCE BOND FOR PALM CHASE P.U.D. OF
BOYNTON BEACH.
WHEREAS, a request has been received to release the
performance bond for Palm Chase P.U.D. of Boynton Beach, and
accept the completed water land sewer lines for maintenance and
operation, and
WHEREAS, a completion certification has been received
from the Engineer and a one year guarantee against defective
materials and workmanship from the developer,
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
The performance bond in the amount of $172,000.00
posted with the city in conjunction with Palm Chase P.U.D. of
Boynton Beach is hereby released and water and sewer lines
accepted for maintenance and operation.
