A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, REDUCING THE
PERFORMANCE BOND FOR BOYNTON LAKES, PLAT NO. 2,
IN SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 138 and 139
OF PALM BEACH COUNTY RECORDS
WHEREAS, earthwork, paving and drainage, water distri-
bution system a~d sewage collection system improvements have been
made, and
WHEREAS, the City Utility Director and the City Engineer
agree that the value of the uncompleted work is $136,339.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The performance bond may be reduced from $470,506.50
to $136,339.00.
