FLORIDA, ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS AND REDUCING
THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR PLAT II OF SKY LAKE
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 81, 82 and 83
IN THE RECORDS OF THE COUNTY CLERK, PALM BEACH
COUNTY
WHEREAS, the value of the uncompleted sidewalks and
swales for Plat No. II of Sky Lake has been determined to be
$20,0O0.OO.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, to allow bond No. C 61-131-12
to be redUced from $40,000.00 to $20,000.00, the value of the
uncompleted sidewalks and swales.
