A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS AND REDUCING
THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR PLAT I OF SKY LAKE
RECORDED IN BOOK 39, PAGES 133 and 134 IN THE
RECORDS OF THE COUNTY CLERK, PALM BEACH COUNTY
WHEREAS, Article XII, Sections 1 and 2 of the City Code
requires the City to accept completed public improvements for
maintenance and operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts the
sidewalk construction for Plat I of Sky Lake.
Section 2. The City of Boynton Beach hereby authorizes
the release of Performance Bond No. 6075581 in the amount of
$35,605.00 for the sidewalk construction for Plat I of Sky Lake.
