A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RELEASING THE BOND
FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE MEADOWS 300, PLAT
NO. 2, IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE
43 EAST
WHEREAS, the required improvements for the Meadows 300,
Plat No. 2 have been completed and,
WHEREAS, the Developer has provided the city with a one
year guarantee against defective materials and workmanship, and a
certification letter received from the Design Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT,
Performance Bond No. WIS 2343 in the amount of $16,266.00
is hereby released and improvements accepted by the city for
maintenance and operation.
