AMENDING THE DEFINITION OF GO~
OBLIGATIONS TO DRLRIIE T~E REFERENCE TO
OBLIGATIONS THE PRINCIPLE OF AND INTEREST
ON WHICH ARE GU~ BY THE UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA AND TO CHANGE IIqE
REFERENCE IN SECTION 305 OF SAID
RESOLUTION FROM DEFEASANCE OBLIGATIONS TO
GO~ OBLIGATIONS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOY57fON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution 85-YYY as heretofore ~m~ended, is hereby
further amended:
(a) In Article I, Section 101 of said resolution delete in its
entirety "defeasance obligations".
(b) In Article I, Section 101 in the definition of "government
obligations" delete the words ", or obligations the principle of and the
interest on which are guaranteed by," so that such definitions shall read;
"government obligations means direct obligations of
the United States of America"
