A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, REDUCING
THE AMOUNT OF THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR
THE MEADOWS 300, PLAT NO. 3 IN SECTION 5,
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, a 'performance bond No. P618564 in the amount of
$983,243.75 was posted for the construction of improvements, and,
WHEREAS, all work is completed except the sodding of
swales, a bicycle path, lake excavation and barricades.
NOW, THEREFORE, .BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT,
The amount of the bond be reduced to the value of
the uncompleted work amounting to $79,434.00
