A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
AME~DING RESOLUTION 85-GG IN R~?gLRD
TO CHARGES TO THE VILLAGE OF GOLF.
WHEREAS, implications of the 201 Plan have been reviewed by
the City of Boynton Beach and the Village of Golf.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVSD BY THE CITY OOUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Article IV Section 5 of Resolution 85-GG is
amended to read $.391 per 1000 gallons as it affects the Village of
Golf.
Section 2. That Article IV Section 7 of Resolution 85-GG is
amended to read $22,602/year or $1883/month as it affects the Village
of Golf.
