85-JJJA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, REDUCING
THE AMOUNT OF THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR
LAKES OF TARA, PLAT NO. I IN SECTION 30,
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of $660,000
was posted for the construction of improvements including s~reet
lights'and private streets and city maintained improvements, and,
WHEREAS, all work is completed except final asphaltic
concrete wearing surface and adjustment of manhole covers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT,
The amount of the bond be reduced to the value of
the uncompleted paving and manhole adjUstments of $30,000.
