A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, REDUCING
THE AMOUNT OF THE PERFORMANCE BONDS FOR
POD P OF THE SUMMIT PLAT NO.1 ALSO KNOWN
AS EASTGATE AT HUNTERS RUN IN SECTION 6,
TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, performance bonds in the amount of $280,000
and $208,000 were posted for the construction of improvements,
and
WHEREAS, all work is completed except far'--.an
~oncrete overlay for 1100 linear feet of'the:streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The amount of the bonds be reduced to the value of
the uncompleted asphaltic concrete overlay of $10,000 and that
each bond be reduced to the value of $5,000.
