A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, RELEASING THE PERFORM-
ANCE BOND FOR RAINBOW LAKES I OF BOYN-
TON BEACH.
WHEREAS, a request has been received to release the
performance bond for Rainbow Lakes I, of Boynton Beach, and
accept the completed water and sewer lines for maintenance and
operation, and
WHEREAS, a completion certification has been receiv-
ed from the Engineer and a one year g~a. rantee against defective
materials and workmanship from the developer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REsoLvED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
The performance bond in the amount of $360,226.00
posted with the city in conjunction with Rainbow Lakes I of
Boynton Beach is hereby released and water and sewer lines accept-
ed for maintenance and operation.
