A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF THE RESERVATION POLICY AND FEE SCHEDULE
FOR THE BOAT CLUB PARK AND THE OCEANFRONT
PARK OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA;
PROVIDING AN7 EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY' COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1: There is hereby established a reserva-
tion policy for two designated shelters in the Boat Club Park and
the Oceanfront Park of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
Section 2: There shall be a $25.00 per day fee for
%hese reserved shelters.
Section 3: Reservations for these shelters shall
be made in advance with payment; payment is refundable with
seven days notice.
Section 4: There shall be a $50.00 damage cleanup
deposit to be returned to the party making the reservation after
inspection of theVarea, after use.
Section 5: All other picnic tables in the Boat Clu]
Park and the Oceanfront Park will be available on a first come,
first served basis.
Section 6:
immediately upon passage.
