A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 82-X, ESTABLISH-
ING FEES FOR BURIAL OF CREMAINS AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY (IYJNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 82-X, establishing fees for burial
of cremains, be amended as follows:

$200.00 per lot - limited to two (2) cremains per lot for
residents
$250.00 per lot - limited to two (2) cremains per lot for
non-residents
Section 2. All other charges and procedures presently existing
relative to the operation of municipally owned cemeteries within said City
shall r~main as now established.
