A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, REDUCING PERFORMANCE BOND FOR
CYPRESS PARK OF PALM BEACH COUNTY AT THE
NORTH WEST CORNER OF OLD BOYNTON ROAD AND
MILITARY TRAIL.
WHEREAS, a request has been received to reduce the
performance bond for C~rpress Park of Boynton Beach, predicated
on substantial completion of the work, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Utilities concurred with
these amounts and have made his recommendations to reduce the
bond accordingly.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
The surety bond in the amount of $138,650.00 pre-
viously posted with the city in conjunction with Cypress Park
is hereby reduced in lieu of a new perfozmance bond being
furnished to the City of Boynton Beach in the amount of
$6,932.50.
