85-WRESOLUTION NO. 85 -~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDING CITY UTILITIES
AND RELEASING THE PERFO~!ANCE BOND FOR TRACT "K"
OF THE SUMMIT PLAT NO. 1 (HUNTER'S RUN)
WHEREAS, Article XII~ Section 1 and 2 of the City
Code requires the City to accept completed improvements
for mainnenance and operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts
the plat improvements from Summit Associates~ Ltd. for Tract "K"
of Hunter's Run.
Section 2. The City of Boynton Beach hereby authorizes
the release of the performance bond in the amount of
$152,000. previously posted with the City of Boynton Beach.
