85-NA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 78-II OF THE CITY TO
PROVIDE THAT MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY
RELATIONS BOARD SHALL SERVE STAGGERED
TERMS RANGING FROM ONE TO THREE YEARS, TO
BE FOLLOWED BY TERMS OF THREE (3) YEARS
THEREAFTER, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES°
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Resolution No. 78-II of the City is
hereby amended to provide that three members of the Community
Relations Board shall serve for a term of one (1) year from the
date of appointment; three members shall serve for a term of two
(2) years from the date of appointment; three members shall serve
a term of three (3) years from the date of appointment; vacan-
cies created after expiration of these terms shall be filled by
appointments of three (3) year terms; one alternate shall serve s
term of one (1) year from the date of appointment; the other
alternate shall serve a term of two (2) years from the date of
appointment.
Section 2: That each and every other provision of
Resolution No. 78-II as amended, shall remain in full force and
effect.
