THE A3.~OUNT OF THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR
EXCAVATION AND FILL FOR STONEHAVEN.~.U.D.
TN.~SECTION 30, ~OWNSHiP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43

WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of $35,000
was posted for the restoration that may have been required for
the excavation and fill work permitted prior to platting Stonehaven
P.U.D. andf
WHEREAS, the value of the restoration is now $7,000,
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The amount of the bond be reduced to the value of
restoration work of $7,000.
