A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA, REDUCING
THE ~OUNT OF THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR
PLAT 1 OF STONEHAVEN P.U.D. IN SECTION 30,
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH~i RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of
$1~282,325 was posted for the construction of improvements
including street lights and~
WHEREAS~ the value of the uncompleted work is
$437,268.50,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The amount of the bond be reduced to the value of
the uncompleted work of $437,268.50.
