A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
BOYNTON LAKES, PLAT NO.3 (P.U.D.)IN SECTION
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of $227,460
is being held to insure that subdivision improvements are
installed, completed and paid for in accordance with applicable
requirements and,
received,
WHEREAS, the administration fee of $2,274 has been
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the plat is hereby resolved to have received
final plat approval by the City Council in the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, with all conditions previously agreed upon and
subject subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.
