A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, REQUESTING THAT THE AUDIT OF THE SOUTH
CENTRAL REGIONAL k~%ST~ER TREATMtl~T PLANT BE
COMPLETED BY FEBRUARY 15, 1985; PROVIDING ~D
EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Boynton Beach City Council is very concerned about
the delay by Mr. John Manchester, CPA, in completing the audit of the
South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant; and
WHEREAS, any further delay past February 15, 1985, may endanger
the audit of the City of Boynton Beach and a possible loss of the
coveted Certificate of Conformance; and
WHEREAS, the loss of this Certificate could have an effect on
the future bond ratings of the City of Boynton Beach and a possible
great financial loss to the taxpayers of Boynton Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Council of Boynton Beach requests Mr.
John Manchester, CPA, to complete the audit of the South Central
Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant by February 15, 1985.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
