A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR VILLAS
OF NORTHWOOD AT HUNTERS RUN IN SECTION t,
TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of $91,000
is being held to insure that subdivision improvements are
installed, completed and paid for in accordance with applicable
requirements and,
WHEREAS, an administration fee of $910.63 has been
received,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
That the plat is hereby resolved to have received
final plat approval by the City Council in the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, with all conditions ~reviously agreed upon and
subject subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.
