A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA~ ACCEPTING PERFO~NCE BOND FOR
PLAT II OF SKY LAKE RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46,
PAGES 81, 82 and 83 FROM ORIOLE HOMES CORP.,
AND RELEASING THE PERFO~.iANCE BOND POSTED
BY HYLIB, INC.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 84-VVV accepted improvements
and reduced the bond amount from $52,000 to $40,000, the value
of uncompleted Sidewalks~ swales and street lights for Plat II,
Sky Lake~ and
WHEREAS, the developer, HYlib, Inc., has sold the
property to Oriole Homes Corp.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA~ to accept the new bond
iln the amount of $40~00.0 posted by Oriole Homes Corp., and
release the bond posted by Hylib, Inc. The surety company fOr both
"old''~ and "new" bonds is Fidelty and Deposit Company of Maryland.
