A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, REDUCING
THE A2.~OUNT OF THE PERFOrmANCE BOND FOR
VIA LAGO, PLAT NO. 1, IN SECTION 15,
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, AS
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39v PAGES 135 and
135, OF PALM BEACH COUNTY RECORDS
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of
$87,657.60 was posted for the construction of the subdivision
improvements and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and the Utilities Director
have determined that the work is complete, except for sidewalks
and pavement ~repairs'-estimated at ~a value of $10,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The amount of the bond may be reduced to $10,000.
