A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
QUAIL LAKE WEST IN SECTION 31, TO~-
SHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of
$795,000 is being held to insure that subdivision improvements
are installed, completed and paid for in accordance with
applicable requirements and all fees paid including the admini-
stration fee of $7,950;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the plat is hereby resolved to have received
final plat approval by the City Council in the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, with all conditions required by ordinance
complied with and subject subdivision is hereby affirmed and
adopted.
