A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 81-WWW.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY O0UNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SeCtion 1. That Resolution No. 81-WWW,. appointing Peter -~.. cneney
as City Manager and stating the terms and conditions of his employmeDt,
Section 1.A. be amended as follows:
"A. The City shall provide, as its retirement
contribution, 7% of the approved annual salary
for Peter L. Cheney toward the International
City Managers Retirsment System."
Section 2.
