84-VVVRESOLUTION NO. 84-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY O~ BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS AND REDUCING
THE PERFO~A_NCE BOND FOR PLAT II OF SKY LAKE
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 81, 82 and 83
WHEREAS Resolution No. 84-SS accepted improvements
and reduced the bond amount from $321,411.65 to $52,000, the
value of uncompleted sidewalks, swales and street lights, and
WHEREAS the developer has paid the City the cost of
the street lights to be installed by F.P.& L.,
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, to allow the bond amount
required to be reduced to $40~000, the value of the uncompleted
sidewalks and swales.
