A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE
INVESTMENT ADVISORY SERVICE AGt~k~.Mt~qT B~rWEEN
FLORIDA OOAST MIDLANTIC TRUST (/)MPANY, N.A.
AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE BOYNTON BEACH
FI~'S PENSION FUND OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 18-181 of the Code of Ordinances.
of the City of Boynton Beach, "Investments", the City Council hereby con-
curs and approves the recc~%mendation of the Board of Trustees of the
Boynton Beach Fireman's Pension Fund for the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, to cause the pension funds held by the Fir~nan's Pension Fund to
be placed with the Florida Coast Midlantic Trust Cc~pany, N.A. to be
invested and reinvested by said Trust in its discretion, said Trust to have
sole responsibility for making said investment within the gaidelines pro-
vided by Article 18 of the Code of Ordinance of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, and the Board of Trustees is authorized and directed to enter into
an Agreement with said Trust to affect the foregoing and is directed to
include in that Agreement, a provision that the Agreement shall continue in
effect notwithstanding any change of membership of the Board or the City
Council until such time as the Trust has received formal notice of ter-
mination of said Agreement.
