A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
BETHESDA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL PROPERTY IN
SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH~ RANGE 43
EAST
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of $60,000
has been received to insure that required improvements are
instatled, completed and paid for in accordance with applicable
requirements and
~/~HEREAS, the administration fee in the amount of
$571.25 has been received
NOW THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SectiOn 1. That the plat is hereby resolved to have
received final plat approval by the City Council in the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, with all conditions previously agreed
upon and subject final plat is hereby affirmed and adopted.
Section 2. That the performance bond will be held
in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Charter and
Code of Ordinances for the City of Boynton Beach.
