A RESOULTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING
THE INVESTMENT ADVISORY SERVICE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN FLORIDA COAST MIDLANTIC TRUST
COMPANY, N.A. AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE EMPLOYEES' PENSION PLAN OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 18-145 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, "Investment Funds", the
City Council hereby concurs and approves the recommendation of
the Board of Trustees of the Employees' Pension Plan for the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida, to cause the pension funds held by the
Employees' Pension Fund to be placed with the Florida Coast
Midlantic Trust Company, N.A. to be invested and reinvested by
said Trust in its discretion, said Trust to have sole respon-
sibility for making said investment within the guidelines pro-
vided by Article 18 of the Code of Ordinance of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, and the Board of Trustees is authorized
and directed to enter into an Agreement with said Trust to affect
the foregoing and is directed to include in that Agreement, a
provision that the Agreement shall continue in effect not-
withstanding any change of membership of the Board or the City
Council until such time as the Trust has received formal notice
of termination of said Agreement.
