A RESOLU~ON OF THE CTI-Y COMMISSION OF THE C~-I-Y
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE IVlAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A TERMINATION OF THE EXISTING INGRESS AND
EGRESS EASEIVlENT FROM .1 ~ .1 VENTURES OF FLOI~DA
TO THE CTI'Y OF BOYNTON BEACH; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, the City is the owner of an easement in real property, pursuant
to a Grant of Easement by .180 Ventures of Florida to the City of Boynton Beach
recorded December 11, 1990, in ORB 6667, Page 114, of the Public Records of Palm
Beach County; and
WHEREAS, staff has reviewed a request from grantees attorney for
termination of said Easement, and is in agreement that this Easement no longer
serves any useful purpose to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CTTY COMMISSION OF
THE CI'TY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORi'DA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida does
hereby authorize and direct the IVlayor and City Clerk to execute a Termination of
Easement, Which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
