AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 205 OF SAID
CITY, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH,~ -FLORIDA:
Ssction t. The following parcel shall be zoned and/or rezoned as
follows:
~Lots 257, 258 and 259, CHERRY HILLS, a subdivision of
~2he 'City of Boynton Beach, Florida, according to the Plat
thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat
Book 4, Page 58 public records of Palm Beach County, Florida -
Address: 541 No W. 10th Avenue, Boynton Beach, Florida -
to be re-zoned "ZONE ~" for purpose of constructing church and
utilizing same for relate d religious activities.
Section 2. Separability. Each of the provisions of this ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any pro-
vision hereof shall be declaredinvalid by a court of competent jurisdiction
the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and
effe ct.
Section 3. Repealing Provisions. Ail ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
