FLORIDA, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 60-5 OF SAID
CITY PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A CITY
MANAGER AND DESIGNATING THE DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES
AND POWERS OF SAID OFFICE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
