AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE #205, REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORD~II~ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or
zoned as follows:
Le gal De s cription:
Lots 13 through 23 inclusive,
Block 4, BOYNTON HEIGHTS, a subdivision of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, according to the
plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida,
recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 64; Address -
110 - 116 NoW. Second Avenue, and 209 - 221 North
Seacrest Boulevard, to be re zoned ZONE "D" (Commercial)
for utilization as U. S. Post Office site only.
SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any provision hereof'shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall~
not be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
