AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PUBLIC
IMPROVEtVIENTS LOCATED IN THE SUBDIVISION OF
GOLF VIEW HARBOUR, FIRST SECTION, OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Coun-cil of the CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, has heretofore approved the Plat of GOLF VIEW
HARBOUR, FIRST SECTION, a subdivision of t he City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 178, public records of palm Beach
County, Florida, and in connection with said approval has caused the in-
stallation of all water lines, hydrants and streets located therein to be
inspected by its proper officials to insure, that same meet the necessary
requirements of the municipality, and furiher, that such inspection revealed
that same did meet subject requirements; and
WHEREAS, in connection with the City's approval of said
Plat, the developer has conveyed all of its interesl in and to subject roads,
water mains, hydrants and other appurtenances relative thereto contained in
subject subdivision to the City free and clear of all liens and encumbrances,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of
the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the streets, roads, water mains, water lines, hydrants
and other appurtenances relative the water system heretofore installed in the
subdivision of GOLF VIEW HARBOUR, FIRST SECTION, Boynton Beach,
Florida, are hereby formally accepted by the City and the City agrees to and
does hereby undertake the maintenance of same.
