FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE #2 05, REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF (~',~DINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be re- zoned and/or
zone d as follows:
Legal Description: Lots 2 and 3, Block "A", PENCE
S/I), Boynt0n Beach,. Florida, according to the plat
thereof on file in lhe office of ihe Clerk of the Circuii
Court in and for Palm Beach Coun!y, Florida, in Plat
Book 1, Page 33. Address: 500 S. E. 2nd Avenue,
B0ynton Beach, Florida. To be re-zoned "ZONE D"
Commercial.- For hse as U.S. Post office site.
SECTION 2: Separability:

Each of the provisions of this
clause, phrase, or sentence,
and
if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid, the: remaining.portion shall
not be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3:. Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
