AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, A~NDING ORDINANCE #205, REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES ,IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or
zoned as follows:
Legal Description: That part of the North 421 feet of Lot 3,
of the. Subdivision of Seciion 33, Township 45 South, Range
43 East, (measured along the 'west line,thereof), whichlies
west of the west line of Seacrest Boulevard, as conveyed
to the County of Palm Beach, by Deed recorded in Deed
Book 901, Page 245, Palm Beach County Records, in the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, according to ihe Plat
ihereof recorded in the .office of lhe Clerk of the Circuit
Court.in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, in Plat
Book l, page 4. Address - S. Seacresi Boulevard,
~West/S approximately 850 feet Norih of Golf Road,
Boynton Beach, Florida, To. be re-zoned "ZONE "

allow construction of Chapel and parking lot for lhe CHURCH
OF SESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS.
SECTION 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and
if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion
shall not be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions : All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
