AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, GRANTING A VARIANCE AS TO SIDE LINE
SETBACK REQUIREMENTS RELATING TO LOT 10, AND THE
EAST 7 FEET OF LOT 11. BLOCK ~, CENTRAL PARK ANNEX,
IN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BQYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. A variance to waive the six foot side line setback for
a certain improvement located on the property de scribed hereinafter,
required under the existing ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach,
is hereby granted and said side line setback along the East
