AN ORDINANCE OF TM CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE #205, REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TILE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/Or
zoned, as follows:
Legal Description: Lot 100, less the South 27 feet
THEREOF and the East half (E 1/2) of Lot 10I, less
the South 5 feet thereof, Block ~' BOYNTON HILLS,
a subdivision.of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
according to. the plat thereof on file in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach
County, Florida, in Plat B.ook 4, Page 51, .to be re-zoned
(ZONE D) Commercial.
SECTION 2: Severabitity: Each of the provisions~ of this
Ordinance are separable including word, clause, p~hrase, or sentence, and
if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portions
shall not be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect°
SECTION 3:. Repealing; Provisions: All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in. conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
