AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLOP~IDA, ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVE-.
MENTS LOCATED IN THE SUBDIVISION OF POINCIANA
HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, has heretofore approved the Plat of POINCIANA HEIGHTS, a
subdivision of the- City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and in connection with
said approval has caused the installation of all water liues, hydranls and
streets located therein to be inspected by .its proper officials to insure
that same meet the necessary requiremenis of the Municipality, and further~
that such inspection revealed that same did meel subject requirements; and
WHEREAS in connection with the approval of said Plat, the
developer has. conveyed all of its interest in and to subject roads, water
mains, hydrants and other appurtenances relative .thereto contained in subje
subdivision of the City free and clear of all liens and encumbrances,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by' the. City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the streets, roads, water mains, water lines, hydrants and
other appurtenance s relative lhe water system heretofore installed in the
subdivision of POINCIANA HEIGHTS, Boynton Beach, Florida., are hereby
formally accepted by the City and the City agrees to and does hereby under-
take the maintenance of same.
