ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,. FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED
IN THE SUBDIVISION OF ROLLING GREEN RIDGE, SECOND ADDITION,
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON
has heretofo.re approved the Plat of ROLLING GREEN RIDGE,
SECO~D ADDITION, a subdivision of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and
in connection with said.~pproval has caused the insiallation of all water lines,
hydrants a~ud streets located therein to be inspected by its proper officials
to-insure thai same meet. the- necessary requirements of the I~uniciplality,
and further, that such inspection revealed .that same did meet subject
ments; and
WHE~AS, in connection with the approval of said Plat, the
de~zeloper has conveyed all of its interest in and to subject roads, waler
hydrants aud. other-appurtenances relative thereto contained in subject sub-
division to .the City free and clear of all liens and encumbrances,
NOW, THEREFORE, be. it ordained by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
1, That the streeIs, roads, water mains, water lines, hydr-ani
and other appartenances relative the water system heretofore installed in.the
subdivision of ROLLING GREEN RIDGE, SECOND ADDITION, Boynton
Florida, ar~e hereby formally, a¢cepied~. _ by the City and the City agrees to and
doe. s hereby undertake the maintenance of same.
