AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE #205, REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT ItEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be re-zoned mud/or
zoned as follows:
TRACT 2: Lot 24, Block 4,
Boynton Heighis, a SUbldi~ision of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, according to .the ptai ihereof orr file
in %he office of the Clerk of ihe Circuit Court in .and
for Palm Beach~ County, Florida, recorded in Plat
Book.10, page 64, public records of Palm Beach County,
Florida, to be re-zoned.(ZONE "D") Commercial,
to be restricted for commercial office purposes, or
Post Office purposes, pursnant to request and consent
of owner.
SECTION 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
ordinance-are separable including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall
not be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: ~epealing'Provisions: All ordinances or paris
of .ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
