FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:

A. USES PERMIT~D
Within. any t~pe "G Zone, no building, structure, land or-
water shaI1 be used except f~or one or more of' the following usels:
1. Churches and access.sty educational and recreational
buildings.
2. SchoOls.
3. Libraries and Community Center buildings.
4. H:ospitals.
5. Parks and recreation areas and related buildings :owned
and operated by the Ciby.
6. Any use permitted in the "A" Zone.
B. CONDITIONAL USES
When., after review of an. application and plates appurtenant
thereto and hearing thereon, the City COuncil finds as a fact that lhe pro-
or uses are consistent with the general zoning plan and with the
interest, the City CoUncil may authorize a permit for any one of the
uses:
MediCal and dental clinics that provide adequate
parking facilities on the involved in the ratio
of at least six (6) parking spaces each doctor or
dentist having accommodations within the ~buitding.

The following building set back requirements shaI1 apply
within this zoning class ification:
ON INSIDE LOTS: Front yard - 25 feet; side yard~- 5 feet;
rear yar-d- 5 feet.
ON CORNER LOTS: Front yard - .25 feet; Street side yard -
15 feel; other side yard - 5 feet; rear yard - § feet.

Section 2. Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable including wor.d~ clause, phrase~ or sentence, and if any pro-
vision, hereof shall be de clared invalid, the re maining portion shall noi be
affecIed but shall remain in full force and. effect.
SECTION 3. l%epealing Pro.visions: All ordinances or paris of
Qrdinances .in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
