AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ~NDING ORDINanCE #205, REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
HE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACHv
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following parcel shall be re-zoned
and/or zoned as follows:
Tract 1: Legal Descriptign: North ?5 feet of
Lots 1, 2, 3 an~d-4', Block'S' BOYNTON HEIGHTS,
a subdivision of the City of Boy, ton Beach,
Florida, according to the plat thereof on file
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded
in Plat Book 10, page 64, to be re-zoned "COmmERCIAL'
(Zone D).
SECTION 2. Separability: Each of the provisions of
this ordinance are separable including word, clause, phrase, or
sentence, and if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion shall not be effected, but shall remaia in
full force and effect.
~ECTION 3. Repealing Provisions: All ordinances
or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
