O60-33ORDINANCE No. 60-33 AN ORDIAIANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, FIXEqG A TAX RATE AND LEVYING TAXES FOR THE USE AND SUPPORT OF THE MUNICiPAL_ GOVERN~NT OF 'S.aiID MUNICIPALITY BY MAKING A TAX LEVY FOR THE GENERAL EXPENSE, CITY PUBLICITY AND INTEREST AND SINKING FUND RE- QUIREMENTS OF THE CITY OF BOYAtTON BEACH, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1, 1960, and ending OCTOBER 3I, 1961, AND APPORTIONING EACH LEVY FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That there is hereby levied and there shall be collected for the use and support of the municipal government of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, and to provide for City Publicity and Interest and Sinking Fund requirements for the fiscal year beginriing November i, 1960 and ending October 31, 1961, upon all property real, personal, and mixed, within the corporate limits of said City subject to taxation, as follows, said tax being so levied and apportioned to the specific purposes herein set forth: DISBURSEMENTS OF AD VALOREM TAx LEVY FOR 1960-1961 Requirement: General Fund Interest and Sinking Fund Publicity 6. 60 100% Yield 323,379.34 Assessed Valuation 48° 996,870.00 Non Exempt · 65 60,782,850.00 39,508, 85 Total Ass. Val. 0. 25 48, 996, 87'0. 00 12,249.22 Non Exempt 7.50 Mills 375, 137.41 SECTION 2: All monies collected under this Ordinance for the specific items herein named be and the same are hereby appropriatec and see apart for the specific purposes indicated in each item. All receipts for the City not' specifically apportioned by this Ordinance are hereby made payable to the General Fund of the City. SECTION 3.: This Ordi~anc.e is an Ordinance fixing the tax rate and making a tax levy for the General Expense, City Publicity and Interest and Sinking Fund requirements upon the indebtedness of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, for the fiscal year beginning November t, 1960 and ending October 31, 1961.
