O60-32ORDINANCE NO. 60-32 AN APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR TIqE ~:FIS_~.AL YEAR BEGINNING NOVEMBER t, 1960 AND ENDING OCTOBER 31, I961. Wt~REAS, the CITY C-IL~.TER OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, requirSSan appropriations ordinance be passed by the CityCounciI of said municipality each year, adopting a budget showing revenue of the City from all sources and the expenditures to the various purposes .for the ensuing .fiscal year; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows: SECTION 1: That the City Manager~s proposed budget now on file in the City Hall of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby adopted for the fiscal year .of said municipality beginr~ing November 1, 1960 and ending October 31, 1961, pursuant to andin compliance with the provisions of Section 28 and Section 84 of the City Charter of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida~ same being made a part hereof by reference. SECTION 2: Thai there is hereby appropriated the sum of 66[) 342.89to the General Fund for the payment of operating expenses and necessary capital outlay for the city government pursuant to the terms of the above budget. SECTION 3: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of ..$38, 323. 59 to the Interest and Sinking Fund for general debt service for the purpose of paying the interest due on the general obligation bonds of the City and for redeeming such bonds as they mature. SECTION 4: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $~23, 201. 39 to the Water Utility Fund for operating expenses and necessary outlay for the municipal water department. SECTION 5: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $ 5,698.61 to the Interest and Sinking Fund of the municipal water depart- ment for general debt service for the purpose of paying interest due on the bonds of said department and for redeeming such bonds as they mature. SECTION 6: That there is hereby appropriaied the sum of $ 19,480.44 to the Sewer Utility Fund for operating expenses and necessary capital outlay for the municipal sewer department. SECTION 7: Thai there is hereby appropriated the sum of $ 41,760.00 to the Interest and Sinking Fund of the mun~icipal sewer depart- ment for the general debt Ser'~efor the purpose of paying inlerest due on lhe bonds of said department and for redeeming such bonds as they mature. SECTION 8: This this Ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage in accordance with the charter of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, in such case~made and provided.
