~[HEP~AS, the Board of Trustees of St. John's ~thodist
Church of Boynton Beach, Florida, have petitioned the City Council
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, officially requesting the
annexation of certain property owned by said organization lying
adjacent and contiguous to the territorial limits of said munici~
paiity and. within the same county, said tract being more particu-
larly?described hereinafter; and
W-tiEREAS, subject trac~ contains less than ten registered
voters, and

the City of Boynton Beac!%, ±or,Ga, that sub,eot property..
annexed and ~nct~ded within its municipal territorial limits;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Boynton
~each, Florida, hereby declares its intention to annex the follow-
ing described tract of land to the said City of Boynton Beach,
lortda, in accordance with the provisions and terms of Sect.
171.0~_ Florida Statutes i959:
