OR P~RTS OF ORDINANCES ~N CONFLICT HEREWITH.
~£ IT ORDAI~D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLO~IDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION i. A zoning variance is hereby granted to
authorize the utilization of the following described
property for the conduct of a secretarial service
business: Lots 182 and 183, Block B, BOYNTON HILLS
a suod~v~s~on of Boynton Beach, Florida. accordinm
to the plat thereof on file in the of£i6e of the ~
Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach
CountM, Florida, in Plat Book 5, page 51.
?his grant is personal to the present occupant of the
above propertM and shall not be considered a zoning
change to authorize general commercial use of the
property. In the event of any violation of the pro-
visions hereof by any attempted alternative use of the
land, or othe-~;ise, the City Council reserves the right
to revoke this permit without notice to the o~mer.
SECTION 2. S~eparabi!ity:. Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable including word, clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid,
'the remaining portion shall not be effected, but shall remain in
full force and effect.
