AN ORDINANCE OF ~ CI~f OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
AMENDING ORDINANCE #205, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT ~REW~TH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AS FOLI30WS:
SECTION 1. A zonina variance is hereby granted
to authorize the utilizatio6, of a garage at the rear
of the following described property for the conduct of
a sign shop business: ~he %ffest 100 feet of Lot 11,
Block B, Pence Subdivision #i, according to %he plat
thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for Palm Beach County, Ftomida, recorded in
Plat Book 1, Page 88.
This grant is personal to the presen~ owner of the pro-
perry and shall not be considered a zoning change to
authorize general commercial use of the property. In
the event of any violation of the provisions hereof
by any attempted alternative use of the land, or other-
wise, the City Council reserves the right to revoke this
permit without notice to the owner°
SECTION 2. Separability: Each of the provisions
of ~his ordinance~ are separable including word, phrase, clause
or sentence, aud if any provision hereof shall be declared invati~
the remaining portion shall not be affected, but shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION ~. Repealin~ Provisions: A~I ordinances
or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
